• Lead and create human-machine experience models and holistic design systems.

• Ensure design decisions across all project stages are empathetic to human needs and limitations.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred:
  Master's Degree

• Required:
  
  8 years In human-computer interaction, human factors, cognitive or experimental psychology or related field. or
• Required:
  
  6 years In one of the above mentioned areas with preferred degree.
• Preferred:
  Human Center Design with applied experience evaluating, designing, and/or deploying AI-based systems, robotics experience, Human Factors experience evaluating human system interaction and identifying risks, experience with service blue prints, human machine models, journey/workflow mapping. Predictive analytics / algorithmic decision tools experience, conversational AI or autonomous agent workflows, emerging technology problem-solving.
