IT Change Management Analyst

Job Title:

IT OCM Analyst Duration: 6 months + extensions

Location:

Houston, TX Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr (HYBRID
-Mon-Thur Onsite; Friday - Remote)

Experience:

A minimum of 6-8 years' experience in IT change management. Experience managing large-scale IT change initiatives and activities and working in complex, matrixed organizations. Proven experience leading change in large-scale adoption across multiple teams or departments.

Skills:

Strong understanding of change methodologies and principles, with the ability to guide teams through adoption. Strong understanding of the end-to-end change management process and tools from Stakeholder Analysis, Leadership Alignment, Communication and Engagement Planning and Execution, Change Impact Analysis, Training Needs Analysis and Development, and Change Measurement. Perform all aspects of work with a high degree of effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy.
