This is a chance to be the first dedicated Product Designer in a company redefining an entire customer experience. You'll shape products from the ground up, influence design strategy, and play a key role in building a platform that combines AI, hardware and software to solve real-world problems for hundreds of thousands of users.

You ll be the first full-time Product Designer, taking ownership of the end-to-end user experience across a suite of connected products, including a consumer app, customer platform, field technician tools and internal systems.

• Experience leading product design for consumer digital products at scale
• A portfolio demonstrating shipped products and measurable impact
• Confidence working in ambiguity, especially with AI or data-driven products
• Strong end-to-end product design skills, from early discovery through to detailed UI
• Excellent visual design, interaction design and communication skills
• Someone who enjoys simplifying complex problems rather than adding unnecessary features
• A proactive, self-directed approach and the ability to influence decisions across teams

• Experience with IoT, connected devices or hardware-enabled products
• Background designing for multi-sided platforms or B2B2C products
• Experience joining an early-stage startup as one of the first designers
