RSM US LLP is seeking a Service Now Manager to lead end-to-end CRM, CPQ, and Customer Service Management implementations for mid-market and enterprise clients. You will own the full project lifecycle from requirements through go-live, mentor junior staff, and help define RSM's Front Office capability.
You will work with practice leadership and Service Now's commercial team to shape go-to-market strategy, build repeatable delivery methodologies, and contribute to client conversations and proposals.
