Data Analyst, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science Manager
Data Analyst role in a growing energy organization. Responsible for developing scalable data solutions, supporting enterprise reporting, and enabling stakeholders to leverage data for strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and analytical solutions in GCP using Big Query, Data Fusion, Data Stream, and Cloud Storage.
Create and support scalable data models, including dimensional, relational, and semantic, to enhance reporting and analytics.
Integrate and analyze data from enterprise systems such as SAP BW/4
HANA, aligning source systems with cloud analytics.Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver reporting solutions, and promote self-service analytics.
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses that consolidate information from diverse data sources.
Write and tune complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
Contribute to AI and advanced analytics initiatives through statistical analysis, trend identification, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
Utilize Python to automate recurring reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain data quality, governance, and consistency standards across reporting and analytics outputs.
Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future sponsorship requirements.
3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline, ideally within energy, oil & gas, retail, manufacturing, or similar industries.
Hands-on experience building dashboards and visualizations using Looker, Power BI, and developing LookML-based reporting solutions.
You have 3+ years data analytics experience in energy. Proficient with GCP Big Query, Data Fusion, and SQL. Skilled in Looker, Power BI, and Python automation
