Jira Administrator

This role is focused on optimizing and redesigning the Jira platform across multiple business departments. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders and technical stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that enhance operational visibility and drive automation. • Architect and redesign the Jira platform to meet the needs of various business departments while ensuring scalability.
• Collaborate with business leaders and operational teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Jira solutions.

• Design and develop advanced automation rules to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience administering Jira in a medium to large enterprise environment, with a focus on complex environments.
• Demonstrated experience creating workflows from scratch, showcasing a strong understanding of workflow design principles.
• Experience gathering requirements from multiple business units and translating them into effective Jira solutions.
• Proven track record of implementing cross-functional workflows between departments to drive collaboration and efficiency.
• Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and service management principles, with practical application in Jira administration.
