8–10 years minimum in SAP technical development.
Proven track record delivering in complex ERP environments.
Core ABAP Expertise:
Strong fundamentals in Net Weaver.
Advanced ABAP programming (Reports, Enhancements, IDocs, Interfaces).
Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPS), BADI, Enhancement Framework.
SAP HANA & Modern Paradigms:
Hands-on with SAP HANA platform.
Code-to-Data paradigm.
OData services, CDS Views, AMDP.
Implementation
Experience:
End-to-end SAP implementations in technical capacity.
Middleware integration projects (good to have).
APIs and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Business Process Knowledge:
Order Management.
Subscription-based billing and invoicing with usages.
Overview of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO).
Exposure to SAP Hybris, BRIM (added advantage).
Leadership & Delivery:
Own end-to-end responsibility for architecture, design, engineering efficiency.
Ability to network within IT and business environments.
