As part of our Digital & Technology (D&T) practice, you will lead complex commodity trading transformation programs, combining deep trading domain expertise with program leadership and technology delivery experience. Working across ETRM implementations, business process redesign, operating model transformation, and multi-vendor delivery environments, you will help clients translate strategic objectives into practical delivery plans and measurable outcomes. Partnering with trading, risk, finance, operations, technology, and executive stakeholders, you will guide programs from mobilization and delivery through business readiness, cutover, stabilization, and transition into operations, helping clients realize the full value of their technology investments.

• You will lead complex business and technology transformation programs for Commodities & Energy Trading clients, setting delivery strategy, governance, and accountability across multiple work streams.
