The Content Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining product content within the company’s Global Product Catalog to support accurate and complete customer product offerings. This role also manages, organizes, and enhances product imagery, installation photos, and model home photography used throughout VEO Design Studio. The Content Administrator plays an important role in maintaining catalog quality, supporting customer-facing content, and building strong relationships with product manufacturers to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities Product Content Management
- Maintain accurate and complete product content within the Global Product Catalog.
- Research and collect product information, specifications, documentation, and other required content from approved sources.
- Review existing catalog content and identify missing, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent information.
- Update and organize product content according to established company standards and processes.
- Maintain supporting documentation and records related to catalog content and updates.
- Collect, organize, edit, and maintain product imagery used within the Global Product Catalog and VEO Design Studio.
- Collect and manage installation, application, and model home photography for use within the platform.
- Edit and enhance images to meet established quality, formatting, and presentation standards.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with product manufacturers to obtain product information, specifications, imagery, and other required content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve product content or imagery questions.
- Communicate content limitations, missing information, and discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
- Support departmental and customer initiatives involving product content, imagery, and catalog maintenance and implementation.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar image-editing software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn and effectively use company software, platforms, and established processes.
- Previous experience in content administration, product data management, digital asset management, catalog management, or a related role.
- Experience working with product specifications, manufacturer information, or digital product catalogs.
- Experience managing and editing large volumes of digital imagery.
- Full-time, 40-hour work week.
- In-office position.
- Standard professional office environment.
- Extended periods of computer-based work are required.
