As a Scrum Master IV, you will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, implementing, and continuously improving Agile practices, with a focus on Scrum, within the organization. You will facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and maintain metrics that help teams track their progress. This role involves resolving impediments, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, and driving Agile transformation across the organization.

Facilitate the adoption, implementation, and sustainability of Agile processes, principles, and practices. Lead the scaling of Agile from team level to enterprise level. Act as a change agent, supporting teams and individuals in their Agile journey. Provide hands-on team guidance, support, and coaching to enhance Agile maturity. Develop and deliver training materials to promote Agile practices across the organization. Support Agile teams in creating playbooks and establishing consistent best practices.

Collaborate with non-Agile teams to educate and support them during the transformation. Define and track metrics to measure program progress and team performance. Mentor team members to advance their skills and career growth. Build trust and foster collaboration across business and IT divisions. Perform ongoing assessments of teams' Scrum maturity and provide tailored support. Advise on dependency management techniques and drive organizational road mapping.

Encourage continuous improvement, innovation, and Agile adoption at all levels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. CSM/CSPO Certification or PMI-ACP preferred. Proficiency in Scrum practices and common Agile methodologies. Proven ability to build effective partnerships across diverse groups and locations. Strong aptitude for learning and leveraging technology for teaching and research. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage all organizational levels. Assertive and capable of ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum principles.

High-energy, enthusiastic, and able to inspire others. Commitment to continuous improvement and learning new tools and techniques. Experience in managing with metrics and fostering a data-driven decision-making culture. Deep understanding of iterative development and software development processes.
