ERP​/CRM Administrator

Description We are looking for an ERP/CRM Administrator to oversee and enhance critical business systems for a growing organization in Houston, Texas. This contract position with the potential to become permanent is ideal for someone who can strengthen Net Suite performance while expanding the value of Microsoft 365 tools such as Entra , Power Platform, Azure, and Power BI. The person in this role will connect platforms, streamline workflows, and turn business needs into practical technical solutions that improve day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the ongoing administration, support, and optimization of Net Suite and related enterprise applications across the business.

- Design and maintain integrations between ERP, CRM, and Microsoft 365 technologies to improve data flow and system reliability.

- Translate operational needs into well-defined technical solutions by gathering requirements and documenting business processes.

- Build automation and low-code solutions using Power Platform to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.

- Develop dashboards and reporting in Power BI that provide clear insight into performance, trends, and business activity.

- Configure application settings, workflows, and user access controls to align platforms with organizational requirements.

- Support API-based development efforts and client-side scripting initiatives that extend system capabilities.

- Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify improvement opportunities and implement scalable process enhancements. Requirements - 3+ years of experience working as an ERP/CRM Administrator or in a similar enterprise applications support role.

- Hands-on experience administering and improving Net Suite or comparable ERP platforms.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra , Power Platform, Azure, and Power BI.

- Experience with client-side scripting, API development, and system integration work.

- Ability to create business requirement documents and convert business needs into technical configurations.

- Familiarity with configuration management practices and maintaining application stability across environments.

- Exposure to Salesforce development or Salesforce-related administration is preferred.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business users. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
