Desktop Support Analyst II

Required

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5 overall years experience in IT support. 3+ performing level 2 deskside support in a trade-floor environment. Proficient troubleshooting Excel, including add-ins and Bloomberg & Bloomberg Excel Administrator. Strong experience troubleshooting Outlook; OST files (must know where they are saved). Strong multi-tasking skills, on phone call while getting shoulder tapped. Experience with Service Now ticketing system. Able to troubleshoot and support Win 10 & 11.

Exposure to Intune (all hardware management, not just MDM). Experience with Azure AD (PIM process preferred). Strong imaging experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to remote into users machines, MS Windows Help- PIM for Win 11 (support Chicago and Boston remotely). Prior troubleshooting experience with MS 365 suite including Teams. Ability to pull diagnostic logs to diagnose issues.

Can set up workstations with 49 inch monitors.

Nice to Have

Skills & Experience:

Windows registry experience (for Excel troubleshooting). IPC Soft phones or Cloud 9 soft phone troubleshooting. Troubleshooting Jabra headsets. Level 1 voice support/managing several audio devices.
