What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes and digital workflows.
  • Assist with configuring, testing, and maintaining business applications and systems.
  • Gather and organize business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Create and update system documentation, process maps, and user guides.
  • Support data collection, validation, reporting, and dashboard development efforts.
  • Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Help monitor system performance and recommend enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency.

What Are We Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in digital technologies, business systems, and process improvement.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
