Engineer Center of Excellence

• Assist in configuring and maintaining ERP functionality for assigned modules (e.g., HR, Finance, Procurement).
• Support end users and analysts by troubleshooting issues and responding to help desk tickets.
• Participate in test script creation and execution for enhancements, upgrades, and bug fixes.
• Document system changes, workflows, and user instructions to support system transparency and continuity.
• Provide backup support during payroll runs, year-end close, and other high-impact cycles.
• Contribute to data cleanup, validation, and migration activities during the Oracle Fusion transition.
• Collaborate with integration, reporting, and security teams to ensure end-to-end service.
• Work within established change control and incident management processes.
• Recommend enhancements or automation to improve business process efficiency.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business systems, information technology, or related field required.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with enterprise systems, preferably in an ERP environment.

• Must pass criminal background check as required by Texas law.
