This role requires expertise in Container Orchestration with Red Hat Open Shift Container Platform, Cluster Security with Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security, and Multi-cluster Management with Red Hat ACM. You will be responsible for maintaining SLAs and SLOs, resolving incidents and change orders, and proactively identifying and addressing gaps and challenges within the Open Shift/Kubernetes environment. Experience with automation tools like Ansible, CI/CD pipelines using Git Lab/Git Hub, monitoring tools like Splunk and Loki, and backup/restore solutions like Red Hat OADP and Velero is essential.
Experience leading teams in multi-vendor environments and building technical assets for container platform maintenance is highly desired.
