Required
Skills & Experience:
-5+ years of experience with integration and ETL platforms such as Dell Boomi, Informatica, IBM Sterling Integrator, Talend, or Mule Soft, including API/web services integrations using JSON/XML.
-Proven experience leading and developing cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams, managing direct reports, setting priorities, coaching team members, and overseeing project delivery.
-Ability to own digital implementation projects from planning through completion, manage timelines and milestones, lead client-facing meetings, and coordinate with executives, business stakeholders, and developers.
-Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL development (TSQL/DDL/DML), system architecture, and integration landscapes, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
-Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, APIs, system integrations, and exposure to Microsoft development technologies is highly preferred.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, build client relationships, manage incidents, and drive successful outcomes.
Job Description:

The Manager, Client Digital Implementations is responsible for leading end-to-end digital implementation projects, partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to define requirements, manage timelines, and ensure successful deployment of integration solutions.
