Strong expertise in SAP S/4

HANA Public Cloud Finance covering:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Tax Management
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Bank Accounting & Cash Management

Strong understanding of SAP Public Cloud Fit-to-Standard methodology, Clean Core principles, and extensibility concepts.

Experience configuring and deploying SAP Best Practice Scope Items within SAP S/4

HANA Public Cloud.

Experience defining organizational structures, chart of accounts, financial reporting structures, and business process design aligned with IFRS/GAAP requirements.

Hands‑on experience with intercompany transactions, financial close processes, treasury integrations, and financial reporting.

Experience leading at least 2-3 SAP S/4

HANA Public Cloud Finance implementations through Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare phases.

Strong experience managing client stakeholders, offshore teams, and cross-functional work streams including Integration, Data Migration, Security, and Testing.

• SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
• Cash Management, Treasury Operations, and Bank Connectivity
• Public Cloud localization and multi-country rollout experience

• Lead Finance and Treasury work streams for SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and drive adoption of SAP Best Practices.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend standard Public Cloud solutions while adhering to Clean Core principles.
• Configure and validate Finance scope items in SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud.
• Lead solution design discussions, requirement backlog reviews, and extensibility assessments.
• Coordinate with Integration, Data Migration, Reporting, and Security teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests impacting the Finance workstream.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on SAP Public Cloud implementation best practices.
• Present solution options and project status to client leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Support hypercare activities and drive continuous improvement post go-live.

• 9-12 years of SAP Finance experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud Finance experience
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud implementations as FTM Lead
• Experience working with global clients and distributed delivery teams.
• Consulting background preferred with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Executive‑level communication and presentation skills
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Client‑facing consulting experience
• Ability to drive workshops, decision‑making, and project governance
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and outcome‑focused
• Willingness to travel based on project requirements

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $56.86/hour - $88.85/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
