Job Goal:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Print Center Data Analyst. The person in this position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem‑solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field

Experience

• 4 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
• Demonstrated success in financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

• Experience in a print center, manufacturing, or production environment
• Familiarity with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques
• Knowledge of pricing models and elasticity analysis
• Hands‑on experience with Pace MIS system and job ticketing workflows
• Working knowledge of  or similar project management tools

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• Document reporting processes and analytical methodologies.
• Recommend process enhancements based on data analysis.
• Support the adoption and integration of new analytical tools and technologies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics over time.
• Assist in forecasting and predictive modeling.
• Assist in data entry and order management.

Salary: $78,856 to $94,439 Per Year
