Senior Benefits Analyst – HR Technology Solutions

• Consult, innovate, enhance, and deliver technology solutions for benefits vendor integrations
• Partner with Benefits and Payroll teams to understand requirements, system issues, and business needs
• Translate business data and technology needs into Oracle HCM configurations, integration modifications, and process improvements
• Serve as functional subject matter expert for US and Canada benefit plans, including health and welfare, retirement, and ancillary programs
• Support system design and testing with the Domain Lead/Product Owner
• Manage benefit carrier file feeds and monitor Oracle HCM integrations with third-party vendors
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and conduct audits of benefits enrollments, payroll deductions, eligibility files, and vendor data
• Facilitate design sessions and lead or review design specifications and configuration iterations
• Analyze configuration, Fast Formulas, and extensions for service delivery and downstream impacts
• Support RFP processes with application support, product, finance, and people-function leaders
• Gather and document functional requirements and recommend configuration, reporting, and integration solutions
• Coordinate with configurators, QA, and technical teams
• Lead end-to-end Benefits change testing, including test scripts, defect tracking, and sign-off documentation
• Support user acceptance testing through test scenarios, cases, information, and access
• Support moderately complex integrations, reports, and large data imports/exports
• Plan and support migrations, releases, upgrades, and patches while mitigating risks and downstream impacts
• Collaborate with product owners, process owners, and COE subject matter experts
• Analyze processes and systems and recommend effectiveness and efficiency improvements
• Support change impact materials, including job aids, training, FAQs, and communications
• Resolve 'How To' questions and maintain support materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or High School Diploma/GED (accredited) and four years of relevant experience
• 5 years of experience supporting Technology Service Delivery in addition to the education requirement
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud/Service Now HRSD and related HR technology solutions
• Experience configuring, supporting, and optimizing HR technology solutions across multiple HR functional areas
• Ability to translate requirements into system capabilities and troubleshoot issues
• Working knowledge of HR business processes and technology solutions
• Experience with process improvement, automation, reporting, AI, and system optimization
• Ability to collaborate across HR, Digital, Reporting & Analytics, vendors, and cross-functional business partners
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Experience facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, solution design discussions, and executive presentations
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
• Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions through business analysis, configuration, testing, release management, production support, and user adoption
• Curiosity and willingness to explore emerging technologies, AI capabilities, industry trends, and best practices
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities and drive initiatives from concept through implementation
• Must have or be willing to obtain a REAL  TSA-approved alternative if required for air travel or federal property access
