Job Description
A law firm in the Houston area is looking for a highly motivated IT Desktop Support Specialist to join their team. You'll be providing full desktop support to attorneys and staff. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically skilled, and thrives on solving problems quickly and efficiently. Day-to-day you will troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows 11 as well as provide support for iPhone related issues.
You'll also deliver hands-on desktop and hardware support, including printer installation, setup, and maintenance. This person should be comfortable engaging with executives and delivering exceptional customer service in a professional legal environment.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 products with a strong focus on Outlook and Word in a legal environment.
- Experience with the setup, configuration, and diagnostics of PC hardware (required) - (Dell laptops and desktops a plus).
- Strong working knowledge of end-user computing hardware (computers, tablets, mobile phones, IP based desk phones, printers, etc.), including printer installation.
- Experience with working in Intune and Active Directory for user and computer group management.
- Experience with working in Service Now creating incidents and tasks
- Must be able to routinely lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Experience with using various physical meeting room tools like integrated and stand- AV systems, projectors, microphones, etc.
- Experience with using various virtual meeting room tools like Teams, Web Ex, Zoom, etc.
- Experience with Azure
