The IT Field Services Specialist II is responsible for providing support to the users of the District's information technology systems including:
- PCs, Fax Machines, Mobile carts, End User Computing Mobile Devices, IP Phones, Video Conferencing, TV Headend, PC Operating System, Business Software, Monitors, Thin Clients, Printers and related peripheral equipment related to operating characteristics of current Windows desktop operating system
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Managing assigned tickets and projects/work orders within the prescribed service level agreement
- Meeting productivity goals
The role includes on-site support and Service Desk support.
Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma/GED and 3-year advanced schooling or technical support school or 6 years IT experience. College Degree Preferred.
License &Certifications:
HDI Desktop Support Technician within 6 months of hiring.
Work Experience :Minimum of 3 years experience repairing and supporting IT equipment and software.
