Business Systems & Technology Analysis
- Participate in the analysis of business processes, application requirements, development of detailed project specifications, and the development and implementation of major business system tools.
- Provide functional support for SCM purchase to pay systems; functionally lead on SCM purchase to pay systems and processes (including Coupa, Oracle & BI tool).
- Lead innovation opportunities to optimize all systems related to purchase-to-pay activities and drive those initiatives in support of the entire SCM team.
- Design and monitor various supply chain tool configurations.
- Explore robotics automation to enhance existing processes.
- Manage the purchase-to-pay system upgrade processes for Supply Chain.
- Coordinate with IT to provide support/identify training needs and make recommendations for functionality and business process improvements.
- Update and run enhancements for BI and reporting tools.
- Assist with SCM change management strategies and implementation plans.
- Assist with internal and external benchmarking.
- Coordinate Coupa training initiatives.
- Define business and systems requirements including documenting processes, business requirements and resulting technology needs.
- Develop polished executive-level presentations and confidently deliver the information to internal business associates and external clients in a clear and concise fashion.
- Assist in identifying best practices through a review of processes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with various departments.
- Gather appropriate resources to complete assigned projects on time and within budget.
- Escalate obstacles/issues to meeting timelines and deliverables.
- Report project status according to prescribed timelines for a given project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT.
- 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- 2+ years’ experience with Coupa Software or other e‑procurement integration.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data, leveraging information to provide clear, concise and supported recommendations for action.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with other stakeholder groups.
- Capacity to work independently and simultaneously handle a variety of complex matters under deadline pressure.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL and Power BI.
- Strong written communication and verbal skills.
- Knowledge in operational business processes and systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of process improvement.
- Understanding of databases, logic views, query tools, and standard file layouts for conversions and interfaces.
- Knowledge of project management and change management methodologies and processes.

Work EnvironmentWork indoors during all seasons and weather conditions. Standard business dress is required.
Work PosturesSitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per day. Climbing stairs to access buildings frequently.
Physical DemandsPhysical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers and phone usage.
Work HoursWorking beyond “standard” hours as the need arises.
