• Identify sales opportunities for insurance plans and oversee a portfolio of clients, identifying risk management strategies, handling policy renewals, and tracking claims.
• Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
• Respond to clients' insurance-related questions and issues.

• Ability to communicate with team members and clients.
• Ability to analyze, negotiate and compile customer renewals.
• Must be bilingual.
