Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent located in Houston, TX, with opportunities to work remotely for part of the time. The Insurance Agent will build and maintain relationships with clients, identify their insurance needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities include selling insurance policies, explaining coverage options, processing applications, managing customer accounts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Additionally, the agent will stay up-to-date on industry regulations and market trends.
- Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Knowledge or background in Finance and financial products
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
- Licensed to sell insurance in Texas or the ability to obtain certification within a designated timeframe
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
