Bilingual Commercial Insurance Support Specialist

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Customer Service Representative/Admin with commercial insurance experience to support and service a growing book of business. This is a client-facing, detail-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining administrative precision with high-touch customer service.

Location: Onsite – Houston, TX 77024

Schedule: Full-time, fully onsite

As a key member of our team, you will serve as the day-to-day contact for commercial clients, ensuring their needs are handled accurately and efficiently.

• Act as the primary contact for commercial clients, delivering responsive and professional service
• Manage incoming requests related to policy coverage, billing, claims, and documentation
• Process certificates of insurance, endorsements, binders, , and invoices with accuracy
• Assist clients through the claims process and provide timely updates
• Maintain organized and compliant client records in Applied Epic

• Support the renewal process, ensuring deadlines and documentation are completed on time
• Prepare and submit policy information to carriers for quoting
• Review policies and documents for accuracy, gaps, and compliance
• Assist with audit reviews, endorsements, and policy updates

• Build strong relationships with clients, producers, and insurance carriers
• Coordinate service needs and ensure a smooth client experience

• 2+ years of commercial insurance or related client service experience
• Active Property & Casualty License (preferred or required)
• Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Salary: $45,000 – $48,000 (based on experience)
