The Person al Lines department is seeking a Field Marketing Representative for our Texas territory, a growing and dynamic market that continues to present significant opportunities for profitable expansion. As part of our continued investment in the region, this position represents a second Texas-based Field Marketing Representative role, reflecting the strength of our agency partnerships and our commitment to supporting future growth.

This role will be responsible for driving profitable premium growth through the selection, development, and management of independent agency relationships. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with agents and internal business partners to identify opportunities, enhance performance, and support the successful marketing and servicing of Cincinnati Insurance Personal Lines products and services.

The ideal candidate will be located in or around the Houston metropolitan area to effectively support agency relationships and business development activities throughout the territory.

Starting Pay:
The pay range for this position is between $110,000 and $150,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

• direct regional marketing plans, strategies, and tactics to achieve agency goals, including profitable growth, agency engagement, and effective expense management
• develop and strengthen agency relationships that foster long-term partnerships and drive profitable business results
• review territory opportunities to identify and pursue new business growth while evaluating and supporting underperforming agencies
• understand agency objectives, market conditions, and business needs to develop mutually beneficial growth strategies
• collaborate closely with underwriting partners to address agency profitability, retention, and operational opportunities
• partner with customer service, claims, and other internal teams to deliver a consistent and exceptional agency experience
• assist with onboarding, training, and marketing support for new agents and agency personnel
• share market intelligence, agency feedback, and competitive insights with internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
• develop strong working relationships across Cincinnati Insurance to enhance communication, responsiveness, and overall business results
• assume accountability for all aspects of agency management, including training, agency reviews, business assessments, and growth planning
