Position OverviewZedcor is seeking a Video Review Specialist that is responsible for reviewing and analyzing video footage to investigate incidents and to conduct thorough job site evaluations. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to accurately document and communicate findings. The Specialist will play a key role in supporting workplace safety, security, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Conduct detailed reviews of video footage to identify, assess, and report on incidents.
- Contact clients or branch managers to obtain information or to provide updates on investigations.
- Perform job site video evaluations to ensure compliance with established safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports based on review findings.
- Collaborate with supervisors and relevant departments to address identified issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Adhere to company policies, standards, and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observational and analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain focus and accuracy during extended review sessions.
- Previous experience in video surveillance review, investigations, or related fields.
- Experience with Video Management Systems (VMS).
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4-days-on / 4-days-off schedule (training will be three weeks, M-F from 8 AM to 5 PM).
- Compensation:
