Adelphi is seeking Bilingual Speech‑Language Pathologists to provide services to students at schools in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidates will deliver culturally and linguistically responsive speech and language services in English and the student’s primary language to support communication development and academic success.

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Valid Texas SLP license and ASHA CCC‑SLP
• Demonstrated bilingual proficiency (English + Target Language)

• Conduct comprehensive bilingual evaluations using culturally and linguistically appropriate assessment tools.
• Provide speech and language therapy in the student’s dominant language, as appropriate, to ensure equitable access to services.
• Accurately document the language of assessment and service delivery in accordance with IDEA and district requirements.
• Collaborate with families, bilingual educators, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute compliant, data‑driven recommendations.
