Timken is seeking a Service Center Technical Analyst to provide technical solutions for repair and parts inquiries in support of outside sales and manufacturing activities. This role reports to the Service Center Engineering & Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities include technical support to internal and external customers, inspecting failed parts, preparing quotes, Bills of Materials, routers, and test instructions, and coordinating orders in ERP while liaising with outside sales.
