Bilingual Intake Assistant

A prestigious Personal Injury law firm in Houston's Montrose area is seeking a Bilingual Intake Assistant to join its growing team. Position:
Bilingual Intake Assistant (Spanish/English)

Location:

Houston, TX (Montrose Area) – Free Parking

Pay: up to $60K + bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and in person.
  • Conduct initial client intake interviews in both English and Spanish.
  • Gather, verify, and document client information accurately.
  • Assess potential cases and route inquiries appropriately.
  • Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments with attorneys and legal staff.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update case management systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and assist with onboarding new cases.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the legal team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent verbal and written communication required).
  • Minimum 6 months of legal experience, preferably within a personal injury practice.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
