About the role

Responsible for providing Level 2 parts technical support to dealers by delivering accurate, timely, and professional responses while consistently meeting departmental performance metrics. They will serve as a subject matter expert for parts-related inquiries and publications, acting as a key resource to support dealer success and customer satisfaction. The role is responsible for reviewing feedback and ensuring required updates are accurately incorporated into parts publications through direct authoring or coordination with appropriate stakeholders.

In addition, the position supports ongoing parts publication activities, including content maintenance, process improvements, data validation, and collaboration with engineering, technical publications, and other product support teams to ensure the accuracy, quality, and availability of parts information.

What you will do

When & Where

Hybrid Work Schedule in office 3 days a week

Qualifications
  • Associates degree in Technical Communications, Engineering Technology, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in parts support, product support, technical publications, or a related material handling or industrial equipment environment
  • Demonstrated experience authoring, editing, and maintaining parts manuals and technical documentation
  • Advanced knowledge of parts identification, parts catalog structures, bills of material (BOMs), and service parts publications
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, parts lists, product change notices, and related documentation
  • Ability to provide accurate and timely technical support while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and resolve complex parts inquiries
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
