Role DescriptionThe Law Offices of Maverick Ray LLC is seeking a dedicated Civil Litigation Attorney for a full-time, on-site position located in Houston, TX. The attorney will be responsible for managing all aspects of civil litigation cases, including developing legal strategies, drafting and filing motions, attending court hearings, and representing clients in trials and depositions. The role will also involve collaborating with clients, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with court procedures.
This position requires excellent analytical and communication skills to deliver high-quality legal representation to clients.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Law, including legal research and application of jurisprudence.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and filing Motions and other legal documents.
- Experience and skills in handling Courts, including court appearances, legal arguments, and procedural knowledge.
- Expertise in conducting Trials, including trial preparation, presenting evidence, and cross-examinations.
- Familiarity with Depositions, including preparation, questioning, and legal proceedings.
- JD degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing in Texas.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
