Legal Secretary

Labor Advocate Law Firm is seeking a full-time, on-site Legal Secretary based in Bellaire, TX. The Legal Secretary will be responsible for preparing and managing legal documents, assisting attorneys with administrative and legal tasks, and providing general clerical support. Additional duties include maintaining and organizing legal files, managing attorney diaries and schedules, and ensuring timely document processing and client communication. The position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in law and legal assistance
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and understanding of legal terminology
• Strong clerical skills, including filing, data entry, and office administration
• Ability to manage diaries and schedules effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with legal software and tools is a plus
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field preferred
