Location

Houston, Texas. Initially focused on building systems and cases, with on‑site leadership expected within one year as the Texas office scales.

Note

Must have an active Texas Bar license and 5+ years of personal injury experience with both pre‑litigation and litigation exposure.

As they expand into Texas, they are seeking a senior attorney who can help build the operational foundation, systems, and standards that will support long‑term success across the state.

Job Description
  • Help establish and lead the firm's Texas personal injury operations
  • Design and document SOPs and end‑to‑end workflows for Texas PI matters
  • Build standardized forms, templates, and correspondence libraries
  • Define case‑handling benchmarks, communication protocols, and escalation paths
  • Manage a limited personal injury caseload from intake through resolution
  • Conduct client interviews, oversee discovery, negotiations, and settlements
  • Serve as the primary Texas liaison to firm leadership
  • Train and mentor attorneys and staff as the Texas team grows
  • Participate in cross‑functional meetings to refine and improve processes
Qualifications
  • Active Texas Bar license
  • 5+ years of personal injury experience, including litigation
  • Proven experience building or implementing SOPs or legal workflows
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to process documentation
  • Organized, systems‑oriented leadership style
  • Client‑focused, accountable, and collaborative professional approach
