Co Founder / Owner at Collier Legal SearchTOP rated catastrophic loss PLAINTIFF personal injury law firm seeks a legal assistant with experience in, and desire to work with the medical records/coordination area of practice. Position is in Houston, TX; on-site and full-time/direct-hire.
Responsibilities
- Will oversee medical records process of the firm; firm has large docket and many clients
- Will work directly with firm clients as they navigate medical provider appointments, bills, therapy etc.
- Will work on intake matters to work with legal team on clear understanding of injuries/damages and strategic action plan
Qualifications
- 3+ years of intake in personal injury law firm
- 3+ years of working with PI clients on medical provider treatment plans
- 3+ years of medical records retrieval
- Heavy organizational, calendaring, and customer service skills
- Degree preferred
- STRONG TENURE required in a Texas personal injury law firm with similar practice/experience
