Litigation Paralegal

Overview

Location:

Houston, Texas. Seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Paralegal to join a Plaintiff Personal Injury team. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for a proactive legal professional with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on litigation support experience.

• Manage and maintain litigation calendars, ensuring critical deadlines are met
• Draft and respond to written discovery
• Prepare case files for depositions, mediations, and trials
• Handle electronic court filings with precision
• Coordinate hearings and monitor compliance with docket control orders
• Organize and compile trial binders and mediation materials
• Provide consistent, high-level support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation

• At least 3–5 years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law
• Proficient in litigation procedures and docket management
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail
