• Just under 100 attorneys spanning across 5-6 states looking to expand

• Exposure to many different practice areas - Real Estate, Estate Planning, IP, Labor & Employment etc.

Role
:
Labor and Employment Associate in construction, Energy, Food & Beverage, healthcare and technology.

• Advising Clients:
  They provide legal advice to employers and employees on various employment-related issues, such as hiring practices, workplace policies, terminations, and employee benefits.
• Compliance:
  They help clients ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and anti-discrimination laws like Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
• Drafting and Reviewing Documents:
  They draft and review employment contracts, employee handbooks, non-compete agreements, severance agreements, and other employment-related documents to ensure they are legally sound and protect the client s interests.

• Candidates must have a Portable Book of Business to the value of $100k and above.
