Lateral Link is assisting a prestigious international law firm in Houston with an UNPOSTED search for a mid to senior-level Attorney for its Energy Transition Projects Group. This is a unique opportunity to work in a very busy and dynamic office providing guidance on a full spectrum of energy transactional work across the globe.
The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of experience in energy transition and infrastructure project work. The role will include drafting and negotiating a broad range of infrastructure contracts, such as offtake, supply, procurement, and operating agreements, and construction agreements, across the energy transition sector (CCUS, hydrogen, renewable fuels, etc.).
