Seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 2‑5 years of experience in real estate and business litigation to join our dynamic legal team. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong academic performance, exceptional research and writing skills, and a commitment to excellence in litigation.

• J.D. from an accredited law school with a class rank in the top 1/3.
• 2‑5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on real estate and business disputes.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing motions, and attending hearings.
• Trial and deposition experience is a plus.
• Candidates with insurance defense backgrounds will not be considered.
