Litigation Associate Attorney
Associate Attorney – Real Estate & Business Litigation
Location:
Galleria
Experience Level: 2‑5 Years (Midlevel)
Billables: 1960 hours per year
Seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 2‑5 years of experience in real estate and business litigation to join our dynamic legal team. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong academic performance, exceptional research and writing skills, and a commitment to excellence in litigation.
Qualifications- J.D. from an accredited law school with a class rank in the top 1/3.
- 2‑5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on real estate and business disputes.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Ability to handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing motions, and attending hearings.
- Trial and deposition experience is a plus.
- Candidates with insurance defense backgrounds will not be considered.
