PI Paralegal

Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal with 4 or more years of experience handling both pre-litigation and litigation matters. This role supports attorneys on complex and high-exposure injury cases from intake through trial preparation.

This is not a high-volume soft tissue position. We are looking for someone with experience supporting serious injury matters involving layered liability, substantial damages, and detailed investigation.

• Commercial and passenger vehicle accidents
• Construction and workplace accidents
• Catastrophic injury

• Manage cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Prepare detailed demand packages in serious injury matters
• Coordinate accident investigations and expert involvement
• Assist in liability development including review of corporate and third party relationships
• Organize and track large scale discovery and document production
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, and expert scheduling
• Assist with trial preparation including exhibit organization and witness materials

• High exposure and catastrophic injury cases
• Coordination with accident reconstruction experts and medical specialists
• Development of future damages including life care plans and economic loss analysis
• Review of regulatory or industry specific investigative materials where applicable
• Management of large discovery sets and litigation deadlines
• Lien resolution including Medicare, Medicaid, or ERISA when applicable

• 4 or more years of Plaintiff PI experience
• Experience handling both pre litigation and litigation files
• Strong understanding of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
• Ability to manage complex files independently
