This is a full-time, on-site role in Houston, TX for a Litigation Attorney. The role requires handling all aspects of civil litigation, including drafting motions, attending court proceedings, taking depositions, and preparing for and attending trials and arbitrations. The attorney will work closely with clients, manage case decisions and strategies, with the goal of achieving favorable outcomes. A strong commitment to client communication, quality work product and maintaining the high standards of the firm is expected.

• Proficiency in litigation processes, including trials, motions, and court procedures
• Hands-on experience conducting depositions and preparing motions and trial strategies
• Knowledge of general and specialized areas of law relevant to civil litigation
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and in good standing with the Texas Bar
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong organizational and research aptitude, with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively
• Experience in commercial litigation is a plus
