Immigration Attorney

We are a boutique law firm located in Houston, TX, comprised of approximately 10-12 attorneys. We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Licensed Immigration Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in handling both employment and family immigration cases. This position offers a fast-paced environment where you will work directly with the partners at the firm.

• Handle employment and family immigration cases, providing hands‑on experience in all aspects of the process.
• Interact with clients, ensuring excellent client service and maintaining effective communication throughout the case.
• Manage cases from inception to completion, including drafting legal documents, preparing filings, and representing clients in court when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with partners and admin staff to develop case strategies and achieve successful outcomes.

• Licensed to practice law.
• Excellent references demonstrating professional competence and dedication to the field.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Prior experience as an attorney for at least 2 years, preferably with a focus on employment based immigration law.
