Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Houston, Texas
Salary/Payrate: $80-95k, bonus and AWESOME benefits!!!
Work Environment: Onsite (some wfh flex)
Term: Permanent

Referral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hired
Job Description:
AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking an litigation paralegal to join one of its clients in the Greenway area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience independently managing a docket of Personal Injury Litigation matters from inception to trial. This candidate must have file to trial experience managing a docket of personal injury litigation matters with minimal supervision.
Required
Skills and Experience:
- Managing discovery
- Prepare and compile documents for depositions
- Draft Motions/Pleadings
- Coordinate with experts
- Trial attendance/ trial preparation
- Preparing first drafts of motions
Experience:
- 5+ years of litigation experience with a preferred background in personal injury matters.
