Business Immigration Associate – Houston, TX Compensation: $120K+ DOE + mid‑year & year‑end discretionary bonuses

A fast‑growing full‑service immigration boutique in Houston is seeking a Business Immigration Associate with 2+ years of experience
. This firm has a strong reputation for handling both employment-based and family-based immigration matters across Houston and South Texas.

This role has no billable hour requirement and offers significant growth potential.

You will support a diverse client base on complex immigration matters, including:

• Business immigration work
  : H‑1B, L‑1, O‑1, TN, and EB visas.
• Family‑based petitions
  , adjustment of status, consular processing, and naturalization.
• Asylum, removal defense, and detained matters.
• Drafting petitions, preparing evidence packets, coordinating with clients, and managing case strategy.
• Communicating directly with clients in a supportive, service‑oriented environment.

• 2+ years of immigration experience (business immigration strongly preferred).
• Willingness to take on family‑based, asylum, and detained work in addition to business immigration.
• Strong writing, organization, and client‑communication skills.
• Must be able to speak English and Spanish
