A growing energy-focused law firm is seeking an experienced Title Attorney to join their team in Texas. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands‑on experience preparing oil and gas title opinions and is ready to provide expert‑level support in upstream oil and gas matters. This is a highly specialized role requiring consistent experience with title work and strong technical expertise.

• Prepare and review detailed oil and gas title opinions
• Conduct research and analysis on property ownership, leases, and mineral rights
• Advise clients on complex title issues related to upstream oil and gas properties
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to ensure high‑quality deliverables
• Manage multiple projects independently with precision and attention to detail

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA‑accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Texas
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience preparing oil and gas title opinions
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
