Job Details

Handle all phases of plaintiff personal injury litigation, including intake, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.

Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands.

Evaluate cases for settlement value and trial readiness.

Advocate for clients both in and out of the courtroom.
