Role OverviewWe're seeking a Business Transactional Attorney particularly in areas of healthcare, real estate and/or mergers & acquisitions. This role involves collaborating with our team to manage various legal aspects of our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and advise on a range of legal documents and transactions.
- Handle matters related to mergers & acquisitions, securities, finance, real estate, employment, compliance, intellectual property, and other contracts.
- Collaborate closely with the managing attorney, benefiting from robust team support and senior attorney mentorship.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to execute tasks with diligence and organization.
- Commitment to high ethical standards, courtesy, and sincerity.
- Experience in healthcare transaction drafting and compliance preferred.
