We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our on-site team in Houston, TX. The role involves providing legal counsel and representation, conducting legal research, drafting documents, handling labor and employment law matters, and engaging in negotiation on behalf of clients. The Associate Attorney will work closely with clients, advocating for their needs while following firm policies and ensuring adherence to legal practices.
Responsibilities will focus on immigration cases with a commitment to family unity and justice.
- Proficiency in law with expertise in immigration law.
- Strong skills in providing legal advice, including thorough and accurate counsel for diverse client needs.
- Experienced in legal research and preparation of documents to support case strategies and represent clients effectively.
- Effective negotiation skills to advocate for clients and achieve favorable outcomes.
- An active and valid license to practice law in any jurisdiction of the United States is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
