Real Estate | Lawyer; Data Center

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking an Associate or Counsel to join its Real Estate team in Houston. The ideal candidate will have commercial real estate experience, preferably with experience in data center work, and the ability to manage fast paced and complex commercial real estate matters.

This position will have a strong focus on commercial leasing and datacenter transactions (representing hyperscalers). Responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, complex leases and SLAs, performing diligence, and handling ancillary agreements such as SNDAs. This position will require strong drafting and analytical skills, responsiveness, demonstrated initiative, and attention to detail. As a member of the team, you will be given substantial responsibility and will communicate directly with clients.

• Two to four years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Data center experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient drafting, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage fast-paced, complex commercial real estate matters.
• Admitted and in good standing with Texas State Bar
