Litigation Associate

Spencer Fane is seeking an experienced attorney with significant litigation experience in the areas of health law, premises defense, and employment litigation to join our growing Houston office. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of litigation experience and will provide thoughtful and focused advocacy and have successfully defended clients at each stage of the litigation process.

• Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school and in good standing
• Admission to Texas state bar and in good standing
• Significant litigation experience (7+ years), including first chair experience
• Experience in the areas of health law, premises defense, and employment litigation
• Ability to interface directly with clients
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organization skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on a team

$190,000 - $220,000, commensurate with experience, plus the potential to earn significant quarterly bonuses based on productivity.
